Annual Dues
Due date (January 31, 2026) for annual dues has passed. Overdue payments will incur late charges. Outstanding dues may be sent to collections, and the Association will no longer have control over receipt of payments once submitted to collections. Additional collection charges and penalties may apply.
Owners whose annual assessments are overdue by more than 90 days may not be considered as a candidate for a Board position and cannot vote during annual elections or other proposed actions requiring voting.

Estoppel Requests
To make an estoppel request (fees apply), please send an email to thousandoaksmoney@gmail.com and copy thousandoaksflpresident@gmail.com.
Fees apply for preparation and delivery, and for delinquencies.
Architectural Review Board Approval
Any additions, changes, and modifications to properties, including but not limited to fencing, paint colors, sheds, driveways, roofing needs approval before any work is started. Please contact the Architectural Review Board team at thousandoaksflarb@gmail.com.
Community Notice
PLEASE LEASH AND CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PETS. A significant amount of dog feces is being seen by many residents of the community. All pet owners are required to clean up after their pets anywhere outside your own property. Dogs must be under control by leash, cord or chain and in visual sight of it’s owner at all times when off the owner’s property.
Not only is feces a risk for spreading illness, HOA governing documents require every owner clean up after their pet every time, but doing so are characteristics of a responsible pet owner and a friendly community member.
