Board and Annual Meetings

A meeting of the Thousand Oaks Homeowners Association Board will be held Monday, April 14, 2025, 6:00 p.m. at the Tom Fellows Community Center, 207 North Blvd. W., Davenport, FL 33837.  The purpose of this Board meeting is to evaludate and adopt the proposed 2025 annual budget.  

The 2025 Annual Meeting of Thousand Oaks Homeowners Association of Polk County, Inc. will take place on April 14, 2025, 6:30 p.m. at the Tom Fellows Community Center, 207 North Blvd. W., Davenport, FL 33837.  First notice mailing with ballot and proxy forms were mailed to homeowners on February 12, 2025.  Second notice with candidate forms were mailed March 17, 2025. Meetings are open to Thousand Oaks community homeowners.

Architectural Review Board Approval

Any additions, changes, and modifications to properties, including but not limited to fencing, paint colors, sheds, driveways, roofing needs approval before any work is started. Please contact Steve Sylvia at [email protected].

Annual Dues

If you still owe Annual Dues and would like to pay on-line, please email: [email protected] and request an electronic invoice. This meets  Florida Law requirements and is a secure way to pay.

Any outstanding dues will be sent to collections, and the HOA will no longer have control of the payment. Overdue payments will include late charges, collection charges, and penalties.
