Board and Annual Meetings
A meeting of the Thousand Oaks Homeowners Association Board was held Monday, April 14, 2025, 6:00 p.m. at the Tom Fellows Community Center, 207 North Blvd. W., Davenport, FL 33837. The purpose of this Board meeting was to evaluate and adopt the proposed 2025 annual budget.

Architectural Review Board Approval
Any additions, changes, and modifications to properties, including but not limited to fencing, paint colors, sheds, driveways, roofing needs approval before any work is started. Please contact Steve Sylvia at [email protected].
Annual Dues
If you still owe Annual Dues and would like to pay on-line, please email: [email protected] and request an electronic invoice. This meets Florida Law requirements and is a secure way to pay.

Any outstanding dues will be sent to collections, and the HOA will no longer have control of the payment. Overdue payments will include late charges, collection charges, and penalties.
